The lobby loop’s second sentence (“If you do not have a badge, you have already presented it.”) has caused 17 visitor complaints since 2024. The Bureau has not edited the loop.
The loop is not synced to a clock. It plays exactly 62 seconds after its previous run, regardless of phase. Some visitors have noticed it loops faster when they are not listening.
In FIREWALL//ZERO, the loop’s chime double-counts as a UI confirm sound. This is intentional.
