SUMMARY
Batch 62-15X was selected for internal recall after residential-sector residue
reports exceeded acceptable variance for eleven consecutive days. The affected
material was distributed as Spring Sanitization Cycle support product and as
municipal partner refill stock. Public recall language was drafted but not
authorized.

QA FINDINGS
The batch produced acceptable public hygiene metrics. It did not produce
acceptable subject retention metrics. Three users reported seeing the same
employee in separate bathroom mirrors. Two users reported that the product label
changed after use. One user correctly identified Room 847 without prior access to
facility documentation.

MANAGEMENT DECISION
Recall denied. Replacement schedule would compromise distribution continuity.
QA personnel who objected to continued deployment were reassigned to corridor
review and are no longer listed in the employee database.

PUBLIC LANGUAGE IF REQUIRED
"ULTRAMAX is aware of isolated consumer reports involving scent variation in a
limited Spring batch. The product remains safe when used as directed. Consumers
should continue normal hygiene protocols."

INTERNAL NOTE
The Spring batch smelled wrong. They shipped it anyway.
