OBJECTIVE
Validate evacuation signage, corridor accountability, wash-station readiness,
and employee badge reconciliation during simulated containment instability.

SCENARIO
At 08:47, personnel receive a simulated alert indicating orange residue in
Corridor C-9 and repeated door-state changes at Room 847. Employees proceed to
designated exits unless assigned to watch, wash, or witness duty.

EXPECTED ACTIONS
1. Stop current work.
2. Secure all Formula 15 containers.
3. Do not enter Room 847.
4. Do not leave Room 847.
5. If assigned steps 3 and 4, await supervisor clarification.

DEFICIENCIES
Exit B was visible on the floor plan but not visible to employees.
Exit C was visible to employees but not visible on the floor plan.
Room 847 appeared on the evacuation map after printing.
Employee 847 completed the drill despite being unavailable for duty.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
There are no evacuation routes from Room 847. There is no Room 847 in the
official floor plan. Future drills should avoid creating expectations that
contradict both statements.
