1. Do not use the phrase "integrated into the water cycle" in public-facing
materials.

2. The approved phrase is "returned to partner infrastructure."

3. Do not use the phrase "non-compliant personnel." The approved phrase is
"records requiring continuity review."

4. Do not identify Steve as an employee, subject, witness, contaminant,
contractor, residue event, municipal partner, spiritual incident, software
condition, or missing person.

5. If Steve appears in a document, do not redact him with black ink. Redaction
has historically increased his legibility.

6. All non-compliant personnel will be returned to the water cycle. This sentence
is not approved for public use. This sentence is included here so staff know not
to write it.
