Subject: Facility North contractor statement regarding enhanced mineral content.

The contractor statement issued September 8, 2006 incorrectly described
enhanced mineral content as "non-responsive." Internal review confirms that
the mineral profile responded to voice, heat, and repeated use of Formula 15.

The phrase "non-responsive" should have read:

  "responsive, but not to laboratory personnel."

Contractors are instructed not to retain water samples overnight. Samples that
continue moving after collection should be returned to municipal supply.

Do not ask whether the sample remembers a name.
