1. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
Product name: Formula 15 Body Wash
Recommended use: consumer cleansing, institutional hygiene support
Restricted use: subject preparation, corridor washdown, reflection testing

2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Ordinary use is not expected to produce persistent identity feedback.
Unusual reports include drain humming, duplicate memory, label drift,
and bottles returning after disposal.

3. HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store upright. Keep cap closed. Avoid freezing.
Do not store near mirrors during thunderstorms.

4. EXPOSURE RESPONSE
If the water says your name, stop using the product and contact Consumer Response.
Do not answer from the drain.

5. DISPOSAL
Discard empty container with household waste unless the container returns.
Returned containers should be photographed and retained.

6. INTERNAL NOTE REMOVED
The SDS calls it exposure. The ledger calls it adoption.
