Within seventeen minutes of the cutoff timestamp, Bureau seismic logs registered an event in the Sanitary Processing Unit best described as a “reverse pulse.” Subject Steve was recorded at six locations simultaneously by 04:14.
Dr. Vance reached the elevator. The elevator did not stop on his floor. He found a stairwell. The stairwell took him forty-six minutes to descend two stories. He resigned in 2024.
