Project 62 is not named after sixty-two seconds. The Bureau will tell you it is. The Bureau lies about its own naming convention.
Project 62 is named after the sixty-second test subject. He was the first one we couldn’t put back in the bottle. The first sixty-one had different names. The sixty-second was Steve. After Steve, we stopped using names. We started using numbers. By 2010 we were up to the four-thousands. By 2024 we were up to the — well.
